We kicked off on Friday afternoon by putting up some decorations and of coarse the chrissy tree. Once everyone was settled in we held a very quick and jovial December Club meeting before gathering around the fire for a night of laughs.

Saturday morning the girls headed into Gympie to do some shopping. Didnt know Gympie had that many shops but about 6 hours later they returned and we kicked of our Christmas event with a bit of driving fun and games followed by a visit from Santa in a fair dinkum Tokyo Fire Truck

The smile on the kids faces made it all worth while. Secrete Santa was a lot of fun with the popular items being stolen a few times.

After happy hour we got organised for dinner, which this year was a feast of Ham and BBQ Chicken with great side dishes and a yummy desert.

We also handed out our yearly awards with 2 members Brad and Sam Taylor being acknowledged for their 10 years of membership and our big award titled "What were you Thinking" going to Paul and Catherine Price for their efforts on Fraser showing everyone how not to camp in wet weather.

After dinner we had a game of Fluffy Bunny which as usual was hilarious before we cranked up the music and enjoyed a cracker of a night around the fire.
