How bazar.
While writing this report, i was thinking that in the 16 years Karen and I have been in this club, I don't think we have had a more bazar year.

You name it, its happened.

With only a few trips due to the crazy weather, contantly closed forests causing cancelled trips, our bridge at Curra washed away twice, floods, fire and covid. But in all we also also had a great year where members knuckled down when called upon to keep everything ticking along.

And that is what makes a great club.

In February our club organised and ran a cleanup on Teeah beach with other clubs joining us for a great great weekend, in April we hosted the Gold Coast Club at the clubs camp ground for Easter for an epic weekend of 4wding & Socialising which will be talked bout for many years.

Then in may we headed to Fraser for for a wild and woolie cleanup long weekend with flooding rain and inland tracks that tried to swallow our cars. Our family feast in June at Cedar Grove was by all acounts delicious.

Added to this we even manage some training weekends all though very damp but at least we all enjoyed a good Curra fire.

So while we havent had as many trips as we'd all like, what we have had was quality, with club menbers getting together and and enjoying each others comapany which provides a break for normal life.

With the weather settling down its time to look ahead. Check out the events we have planned at this point and come along, its your club to enjoy, you'll only get out of it what you put into it.

Hope to see you on the tracks soon.

Jim
