The Happiest Club!  At the recent 4wd Qld Presidents meeting the results of the association survey were in and the Caloundra City 4wd Club members were the happiest of all the clubs in Qld. Big thanks to all the club members for filling out the survey.

Club visitors continue to join our new website and many making the decision to become financial members and we would like to welcome all to the club and look forward to seeing you on a trip soon.

Well the weather so far this month has been very wet, but we did manage to get in a great weekend camp with plenty of sunshine at Teewah Beach with a big turnout of members and visitors. Thanks to Peter Dale & Matt Gleadhill for putting their hands up to lead.

Brett Hockings postponed Bellthorpe trip will now be held May 16. Check out the events for more info.

April seee’s the club head away for a financial members only camp for Easter at our private camp ground at Curra. 4 days and nights of camping with out the crowds. Also, in April we have a day drive planned to Mothar Mountain.

Club training is going well with a trip leader theory night last week attend by 7 members who now have the confidence to plan and run their own trips. Thank to everyone who attended. Trip leadership information is available on our website.

Meeting minutes. Every month our secretary provides minutes of our general meeting and these are put on the website for members to read. Please make sure to read them as there may be important information about changes made to the club or which will be voted on at the next meeting and you may miss the opportunity to have your say.

Event photos. At the end of a club trip please send photos to pics@caloundracity4wdclub.com so we can add the to our event gallery.

4wd Pics of the month. Send a pic of your 4wd in action and we’ll add a few to our news letter. To kick it off here is the mighty Patrol out at Glasshouse.
