Financial Club Members Christmas Party at Cedar Grove Amamoor

Trip Leaders: Social Committee 

Theme this year is: St Vincent's de Ball
So get on down to your local op shop and find a suit and ball gown or anything suitable for a ball. Can be daggy, sophisticated, basic; whatever you feel comfortable wearing.

Meet at camp. 

Cost is $7.25 per person per night Family Rate $ 27per night prices subject to change. Check QPWS website.

Please bring a bag of fire wood each. Fires only if permitted at the time of the event.

No Pets, Toilets at camp, tap water needs to be boiled.

Great Swimming Hole

Kids could bring their bikes and the swimming hole will be nice for a dip as well.

Dinner on Saturday Night:

Club supplying prawns and chicken for dinner. Members please bring a side dish and dessert.

Please post your side dish in chat room to avoid 10 potato salads

Childrens Santa: Parents bring a gift for each of their children wrapped with their name on it.

Adult Secret Santa: Bring one wrapped gift per adult with no name to the value of up to $15

Itinerary: 

Friday: arrive at camp from 12pm and put up Club Christmas tree and decorations. (arrive earlier if you wish)

December Club meeting at 7pm. Appreciate everyone attending.

Saturday: Adult and kids games from 2pm

Santa arrives at 4pm 

6pm prepare for dinner

7pm Dinner and Dessert, followed by Music 

Sunday: 8am Breakfast Bacon and Eggs supplied by club (need 4 volunteers. 2 to cook and 2 to clean bbq when finished)

4pm head home.

This event works best when everyone puts their hand up to help.
